John and Lance have been together for eight years getting sports fans caught up on all the latest sports news and a little bit of everything else as well.
Jeremy Foster rounds out the Morning Crew with Sports Flashes and occasional comic relief. Jeremy also hosts the "Wake Up-Wrap Up" at 6am, updating all the sports action from the night before.
