BiographyPepper also earned 1988 NJCAA First Team All-American honors while at Cisco Junior College in Cisco, Texas.
He then transfered to the University of Illinois and was a two-year starter at guard, Pepper helped lead the Fighting Illini to a Big Ten Co-Championship in 1990.
Following his senior season, he signed as a free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles, playing in the American Bowl in London, England in 1991.
In 1999, Pepper was first player to sign with the Indoor Football League and the Peoria Pirates Franchise, he was a starting tackle on the league's first regular season undefeated team in 1999.
